Summer FAQs

Cancellations 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable, 1-2 days are 50% refundable. Day of Cancellations or No Show situations are Non-Refundable.

We have a limited number of machines and we do reach full capacity especially on weekends and holidays. Try to make your reservation as soon as you know what day and time you would like to go out. 

Yes, We offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). $25 per machine and gives you a $2000 deductible for ATV’s, or $5000 Deductible for UTV’s. Meaning if you damage the machine on tour or on rent, you are responsible to pay up to $2000 or $5000 and we will cover any additional damages. The CDW is not required, but always recommended.

We offer transportation on a situation to situation basis. Please call. to see if we can accommodate transportation for you. If not, we have several transportation companies we can refer you to.

Plan on arriving 30-45 minutes prior to your tour time so we can fill out paperwork and get geared up. Our tours need to leave on time so we do not delay other guests or our following tours. If you are going to be late to the point it may delay other guests, we may rebook you to a later tour or you may forfeit your spot. 

Dress for the weather for that day and be ready to get dirty! ATV riders must wear closed toe shoes. We provide Helmets, Goggles, and Bandannas.

Tax is not included in our list price.  Fuel/Oil is included in all Guided tours. Unguided rentals will be charged $5/hr for fuel.

You must be 18 years old to rent or drive.

All passengers must be 5 years old or older and feel comfortable wearing a DOT approved helmet (helmet is provided). 

We do not allow animals as passengers regardless of age.

Yes. Well, to an extent. You can mix and match UTV’s, but ATV’s can not be paired with UTV’s.

We can accommodate groups of up to 80 people.

Meaning if you damage the machine on tour or on rent, you are responsible to pay up to $2000 or $5000 and we will cover any additional damages. The CDW is not required, but always recommended.

We recommend you dress as if you are going skiing or snowboarding. We allow snowboard boots to be used, but ski boots are not allowed. You’ll need; Waterproof winter jacket and pants (or mono-suit), warm gloves, and snow boots.

If you do have the appropriate gear, we have everything you need for rent. Full gear sets (boots, suits, and gloves) are available for $30/person. We have sizes ranging from youth size 4 to adult 3XL.

We also have gloves, balaclavas and other accessories available for purchase.

Helmets and goggles are included in your rental.

Yes, UTV’s are on-trail only vehicles and are limited on the terrain they can go on. If you group UTV’s with snowmobiles the entire tour will be limited on the terrain you can cover. 

We do not take our tours into any avalanche terrain.

Snowmobiling is a very technical sport and it can be very dangerous. Our guided tours are the perfect way to learn how to snowmobile and enjoy the mountains in a very safe and controlled way. 

There is a combined passenger weight limit of 500lbs.
