Summer FAQs

A: Cancellations more than 2 days prior to the reservation are not charged. Less than 2 days are charged 50%. The day of and no-shows are charged 100%. 

A: Generally for large groups it’s recommended to book more than one week in advance. More notice may be needed if you plan on coming during a weekend or holidays. We can also make same day bookings under most circumstances for smaller parties.

A: We have (25) ATV’s, (5) 2 seat UTV’s, (5) 4 seat UTV’s, and (2) 6 seat UTV’s. The ATV’s can accommodate two people per machine.

A: Yes, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available is available for the rental machines which covers physical damage to the unit. The insurance cost is $25/machine with a $2000 deductible for the ATV’s and $5000 for the UTV’s, meaning you are responsible for the first $2000 or $5000 of any damages. The CDW is not required, but always recommended.

A: Our location at the Cascade Springs trail-head in Midway is about 30 minutes from Park City.

A: Yes we offer shuttles. Generally, we have free pickup with a two machine minimum, however please call for availability.

A: If you do not arrive at least 30-45 minutes early for your tour to fill out paperwork, get dressed appropriately, and do the orientation there’s a chance that you will get left behind. Our tours leave on time and no refunds will be given due to late arrival.

A: Dress willing to get little dirty. It is recommended that you dress in Jeans and a T-shirt (jackets depending on weather.) Close toes shoes are required for all rental. We will provide you with a Certified DOT helmet, goggles, and a bandanna for the dust.

A. Tax is extra. For all guided rentals gas is included in the price. For our unguided rentals gas is charged as $5 an hour per machine. All equipment will leave our facility full of fuel.

A. You must be 21 or older to rent and sign the rental agreement. Drivers must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license to drive.

Winter FAQs

A: We have (40) trail sleds, (6) 600 mountain sleds, and (6) 850 mountain sleds available. The trail sleds and 600 mountain sleds can accommodate two people on each sled. The 850’s are single-person only. We also have (2) Can-Am Maverick Max 1000 UTV’s with snow tracks that are 4-person each.

A. The insurance cost is $25/snowmobile with a $2,000 deductible, meaning you’re responsible for the first $2,000 of any damage. CDW insurance is not required, but is recommended.

A: It’s recommended that you dress as though you’re going snow skiing. We allow snowboarding boots to be used on our snowmobiles, but not ski boots. You’ll want to have a waterproof snowsuit (snow pants and coat), gloves, snow boots, and googles. If you don’t have the appropriate gear, we have all the winter clothing available to rent. A snowsuit is $10, boots $6, gloves $6, googles $6, or everything for $25. We have all the different sizes of clothing. We also have balaclavas and other accessories available for purchase that cover your face and neck for warmth. Certified DOT snowmobile helmets are mandatory and included with every rental. Other types of helmets aren’t allowed including ski helmets.

A. Tax is extra. For guided rentals the gas and oil are included. The following information is for unguided rentals: Gas and oil are extra. Only the 600 and 850 mountain sleds use 2-stroke oil. We pre-charge $10 per sled for oil, and our specific synthetic oil must be used. The initial oil in the snowmobile will last at least one day, and we’ll send you with extra oil for multiple day rentals. The snowmobile rentals leave our shop full of gas, and must either be brought back full of gas, or we have gas available on-site to purchase.

Covid-19 Response

We’re taking reservations for summer 2020 ATV/UTV rentals and we'll have a flexible cancellation policy. We plan on being open and we’ll sanitize the rental equipment between each rental.
